Bistro 491 is a supper club hosted in the Hamilton, NJ area offering fixed prixe dinners
to those who enjoy an innovative, gourmet dining experience.
Our October Dinner will be held on Friday, October 15, 2010.
Proceeds from the dinner will be donated to relief efforts for the flood victims in Pakistan.
To welcome Autumn our menu will highlight the earthy flavors, and meaty texture, of mushrooms. Wild mushrooms, local mushrooms, exotic mushrooms all prepared with fresh, seasonal produce, herbs, and meats
to compliment and highlight the best of our favorite fungi.
Seatings will be at 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, and 8:00 pm.
Reservations and payment is in advance. The exact location will be sent once your reservation has been received.
